Why we built this
PeachBiz exists because understanding what a business is worth shouldn't require a finance degree.
This is the Why
I've spent my career on the operating side of business, not the software side — running multi-unit restaurant franchise operations, working in national retail, and co-founding an independent restaurant of my own. Every one of those roles eventually came down to the same question: what is this business actually worth, and what would it take to sell, finance, or grow it? That question was always harder to answer than it should have been. The tools that existed were either built for people with a finance degree, or they were spreadsheets cobbled together by hand, one deal at a time. I built PeachBiz to be the tool I wished I'd had — something a business owner, a broker, or an advisor could actually use, without needing to be a CPA to trust the number that came out the other end.

Service Runs in the Family. So Does the Commitment to You
PeachBiz is veteran-owned. I served in the U.S. Army, stationed at Fort Knox, Fort Rucker, and Fort Lewis, with three deployments to Central America. My son carried that same sense of service into his own career — U.S. Army, deployed to Afghanistan. Today, he's part of the PeachBiz team, bringing the same discipline into how we build and support our tools. That's not a footnote — it's the foundation. The same standard we learned in uniform is what every client gets from us.
What We're Here to Do
Make financial intelligence accessible to every business owner — not just the ones who can afford a full advisory team. We build practical tools for valuation, financing, exit planning, and growth, designed for people who want clarity without the complexity.
How We Work / Values
Built by an operator, not a vendor.
Every tool exists because a real deal or a real business needed it.No jargon, no gatekeeping.
If a tool can't explain its own number, it's not done yet.Your data is never shared.
What you enter stays yours.Independently founded
No outside investors, no committee-designed features — just one founding family building the tools he wished existed.
